Abstract

The development of digital recruitment systems requires students to have the ability to prepare Curriculum Vitae (CVs) that comply with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) standards. However, many students still lack understanding of effective ATS-friendly CV preparation techniques, which may reduce their employment opportunities. This community service activity aimed to improve students' literacy and skills in preparing ATS-based digital CVs to support career readiness in the digital era. The implementation methods included socialization, training sessions, hands-on practice in creating digital CVs using various platforms, as well as mentoring and evaluation of participants' work. The program involved 50 students from different study programs. The results showed an improvement in participants' understanding of ATS concepts, appropriate CV formatting, and the ability to create more professional digital CVs. Most participants were able to produce ATS-compliant CVs and understood the importance of personal branding in the recruitment process. This activity had a positive impact on students' career readiness and enhanced their digital literacy in facing technology-driven job market competition.
